Make small actions for big changes. What makes you feel that you have a fulfilled life?
- Pick up a piece of paper from the ground. Through your actions, you set an example and can always be the motivation for the positive change of those around you.

- Facilitate access to information/services and products for all people (written information, Braille writing, digital format, audio format, sign language).
- Make a habit of smiling, then observe the effect it has on your emotions and the change it produces around you.
